I met Jeff in 1988 when my family and I moved to Round Rock. We attended high school together and quickly became friends.
I served and retired from the Military after 25 years as a Captain, four years in the Marines and the remainder in the Army. I am a combat veteran having served overseas in Iraq in the early years of that engagement.
I was appointed as a municipal Judge and elected as a JP for all of Coleman County, Texas. I fully understand what characteristics make a well-rounded Judge for a community of people. Jeff has what it takes and has shown throughout his life that he is not only well-suited, but ready to take on such a role. He is professional, courteous, decisive, a strong communicator, one who craves knowledge through research and he is compassionate.
Jeff's service helping keep our schools safe exemplifies his true volunteer spirit, willingness to give back to his community and that he is committed to what he believes in. Jeff is also a true conservative.
The role of a JP is often misunderstood. It is far more technical and requires more commitment than most truly know. I wholeheartedly recommend Jeff Sellers for Justice of the Peace, he is a true leader.
